What format should the audio files sent be?

WAV or AIFF audio files, 16 – 24 – 32bit, 44.1kHz or higher.

What can I do if the project is too large to upload?

Create a .zip file by right clicking the folder containing your tracks or stems and hitting Compress. This will drastically reduce the size of your stems folder and help speed up the your upload.

When should I consider Stem Mastering?

If you feel a mix lacks depth, width or separation. It can also help when difficulties are encountered in the mixing stage.
